Whether you’re new to CrossFit or a seasoned athlete, CrossFit B2L is a community that you can be a part of. We are excited to be on this adventure and would love for you to join us.
Once you’ve decided you want to get into the best shape of your life and be a part of a community of like-minded people, it’s time to book a Free Consultation with your personal coach. Do it alone or bring a friend along to your 30-minute free intro session. First, you’ll meet your personal coach, who will explain the CrossFit methodology, as well as CrossFit B2L’s application of CrossFit. Then we will look at your fitness strengths and limitations and evaluate your current level of fitness.
Our fundamentals (personal training) program is going to go over the 9 foundational movements of CrossFit. During these 1 on 1 or 1 on 2 sessions you will be guided and coached through how to properly execute these movements. We will also discuss intensity and the vital role it plays in our workouts. Scaling is another topic that we will spend time on. Scaling is how we personalize each workout for each person. We also track lifts and workouts in WODIFY to see our progress in both of these categories. We require a certain number of personal training sessions before joining the group classes, required number will be determined during first coaching session. Additional person training sessions can continue if the Coach or athlete deems necessary.
Once you’re competent in the CrossFit movements you are free to begin group classes. During group classes, you’ll be surrounded by like minded individuals who are coachable, hard working athletes who will push themselves and others for that faster time, addition round or new PR. You will find another family that will lift you up when needed and give you that high five for a job well done, You will also find the NEW YOU; doing things you thought were impossible or didn’t even know you could do.
Must have minimum 6 months CrossFit experience
